Here’s what it looks like to work with CK Electric.
The first step is to check out our website and social media (Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram). Check out projects we’ve worked on, reviews, and other educational content.
Next, schedule a free phone estimate and provide photos and videos of your panel box and the walls and ceilings in the area the work will be performed. At the appointed time, a representative from CK Electric will call, and we’ll have a pleasant chat during which we will discuss your project specifics, timeline and provide an investment range.
You can reach us in a variety of ways to set up a free phone estimate. You can schedule via the website, Facebook messenger, Nextdoor, phone call, or email. During this phone call, we can provide an estimated investment for your project or determine if an onsite evaluation is necessary. If an onsite evaluation is necessary, we can schedule it while on the phone for a time convenient to both parties.
Thirdly, after the phone call or onsite visit, a firm quote is provided via email. What’s the difference between an estimate and a quote. In most cases, the price is the same, but the quote represents a contract between the client and CK Electric.
We will provide the quote via email with access to our client hub where you can approve the quote and provide a deposit. Once this step is completed, your project will route to our schedulers to add to our calendar, and you will be provided a firm start date. We will also discuss the anticipated length of the project.
In the time between scheduling and project day, our office will coordinate with any utilities, county officials, or other necessary third parties to line up all proper documentation and equipment as needed for your project.
On project day, our stocked vans will arrive with our uniformed, licensed, and insured electricians and we will be ready to get to work!
